A trained massage therapist with a passion for helping others relax and recover. After experiencing my own injuries and surgeries, I understand the importance of muscle recovery and pain management. I started this business to provide high-quality Deep Tissue, Sports, and Swedish Massages to the community, focusing on personalised care and attention to each client's individual needs.

Sports Therapist

An ex soldier in the Royal Army Corps, I have seen first hand the physical demands placed on the body, both in sport and everyday life. I have worked with a wide range of sports and non-sports injuries, understanding how pain and injury can impact performance and wellbeing.

Also a qualified Radiographer I bring a deeper insight into the body, injury and recovery process allowing me to tailor treatments that are both effective and precise.
